These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pak364 ("pak364", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://pak364.net and its associated mobile interfaces.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on pak364. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or a different one — is strictly prohibited. pak364 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, merge balances at its discretion, and void all bonuses associated with such accounts.

3.3 Account Security

This includes but is not limited to: national identity card (CNIC), Pakistani passport, proof of address, and screenshots or statements from your Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pak364 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), MCB Bank, prepaid cards, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may vary and are subject to change. The cashier page on the platform reflects current availability.

4.2 Deposit Minimums and Processing

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the Cashier page and are subject to the limits set by individual payment providers. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your pak364 PKR wallet instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect.

4.3 Currency

All deposits, game balances, and bonuses on pak364 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak364 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any attempt to deposit in a foreign currency will result in the transaction being declined or converted at the prevailing exchange rate, which may be unfavourable to the player.

5.3 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

7.3 Malfunction Policy

7.4 Sports Betting Rules

In any event, pak364's total cumulative liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited into your account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your pak364 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining PKR balance in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all bonus wagering requirements have been met and no suspicious activity flags are outstanding on the account.

12.2 Termination by pak364

pak364 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, provision of false registration information, failure to complete KYC verification, or failure to comply with responsible gaming requirements applicable to the player's account.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by pak364 — all accrued bonus funds, free spins, and promotional credits are immediately forfeited. Legitimate PKR winnings and deposited balances not subject to ongoing dispute will be returned in accordance with pak364's standard withdrawal process.

pak364 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on the pak364 website unless a specific effective date is stated.
